All round great experience!!! The waiters/tress were all so friendly, courteous and professional. The restaurant was warm and cosy with a lovely ambiance.
Renault South Africa get a ZERO rating from me... I’ve been struggling to get through to Renault SA all morning. I spoke to Veronica at Renault Bruma who informed me that your contact lines are offline and currently being repaired. I’ve called 011607 7300, 010 865 0601 and 010 493 0468 to no avail. Frustrated is an understatement, I’m now livid. I need urgent assistance with information on vehicle parts that were ordered by Renault Menlyn for Renew-it Randburg. My car has been parked at Renew-it Randburg since the 30th of JULY 2021 and they are yet to fix it because they haven’t received parts from Renault SA. Renault’s service is utterly disappointing and unacceptable to say the least. How can it be that no one has information on why the parts haven’t been received yet and when they’ll be delivered. I refuse to be expected to wait indefinitely. I've beeeeen waiting for feedback and a solution, this in not on!!
