I have been asking for a refund on the tickets I have purchased and they not been assisting me. Tried speaking to webtickets who referred me to info@tablemountain.net and when I sent an email they asked I send an email for refunds@tablemountain.net and this was on the weekend on Sunday till today I have not been assisted of the R560 refund Its very upsetting and fustrating that till today no help
What a horrible experience one had to encounter with the kids. Firstly no one told us how long the meal will take.. Purchase was at 20h51. Till now we have not received our food. Mind u no one is saying anything. The manager is walking passed us like no one's business. Pathetic service. I have been to other Nando's not had such. The time is nearly 9h30 still nothing.

I regret ever trying to pursue my studies through Mancosa my experience with them has never been the nicest. Every time when it comes to registration I always end up with an issue. I have sent num er of emails requesting assistance with study guide as I had spoke to Thobile Mtolo and she advised that my request has been granted and sent me steps how to download student app and set profile. I did as advised and made payment till date even sending a number of emails and calling in nothing has been done Noone called back and to be told sat that I am not registered on the system and the person I spoke to said she till tell Thobile to call. I even sent her an email still no response. Can I just get my refund. I have wasted enough money with Mancosa I thank u...
