I'm disgusted!!!!
I'm disgusted by this bank, I am not even banking with them but I find myself in trouble coz of them. FNB I have a question for you, What's a Capitec client sending money to African Bank got to do with you? Where did you get the nerve to call African Bank and tell them to freeze my mom's African Bank account because of my transactions to her account? What's FNB got to do with this? My moms African Bank account has been frozen for over a year and apparently we were told that FNB is responsible! How can you tell African Bank to freeze my mom's account but not tell capitec to freeze my account as the sender? What's really going on here? I have never banked with FNB but I find myself having problems because of you lot. All of this doesn't make sense to me. I want to know what's FNB got to do with money transferred between capitec Bank and African Bank. I want my money! Capitec confirmed that I did no kind of fraud to African Bank and my account has never ever been frozen before! Hey stupid bank I want my money, you better call African Bank again and tell them you made a mistake by telling them to freeze my mom's account or else I'm taking legal action against fnb and African Bank as both banks are run by Crooks. Call them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so disappointed Capitec
I am so disappointed with capitec Bank, on the 8th of September 2021 capitec received a call from African Bank to confirm a transaction I made of R15000 on 2 June 2020. A guy from capitec head office called me to verify every and indeed I confirmed that I did make such a transfer. Today we got a call from African Bank to tell us that Capitec never bothered to get back to them with the info till now. I have never had a bad experience with capitec but now I just did. I'm so disappointed and I'm stressed as hell as I can't even support my own child, my life is on hold because my money is stuck with African Bank. I'm disappointed Capitec Bank Please call African Bank to fix all this, it's been a month since they have been waiting for your feedback to tell them that I have never committed any kind of fraud. Please call them!

African Bank is the worst, stay away from it!!!! Keep away!
If it were up to me I'd give 0 star African Bank is the worst, poor service poor everything. My mom and I have been struggling to get our money as we requested an early withdrawal as we needed the money for an emergency, guess what we finalized everything till it was time to recieve the funds, dololo nothing. When we webt back they told us the account has a red flag and they're investigating fraud🚩. Duh! That was 3 weeks ago, till now. Last week they spoke to capitec Bank and it was indeed confirmed that I made payments to my moms account and I have proof, duh! Now that they have found that proof they're ignoring us and blocking us on Facebook, Imali dololo. Scam bank! And they're consultants are rude! Last week we laid a complaint, if they don't solve this God help them! I'm ready to take legal action and so Is my mother (account holder). My life is on hold, I have even lost the builders who were waiting for me to buy building material 2 weeks ago. Now I am stranded coz of this pathetic bank. I hate African Bank and I curse the day I invested with them. We're coming for you and you'll be sorry coz I'll even sue you for the stress you caused me.
