My FNB account was frozen on 27 November 2025 . To date, I have received no formal communication explaining the reason for the freeze or identifying the disputed transaction. I have been calling Fnb everyday Noone is giving any feedback on why they froze my account they just ask me to contact investigating officer Dineo Letsoko who by the way is never available does not pick my calls or responde to my emails. After contacting Tuleng on the 29 of December , I was assured that fnb was going to contact me within 48 hours which they are mandated to do soon after an account is frozen of which they didnt on the in November when the account was frozen.Up to now FNB still continues to charge me bank charges but they do not value me as their client all they do is to take money from me . As of 2 January 2026, no action has been taken and no feedback provided. The lack of transparency and failure to meet promised timelines is unacceptable. I remain unable to access my funds without explanation. I request urgent escalation, a clear explanation, and immediate resolution of this matter.
