3 month s still no deposit
Waiting more than 3 month for my deposito I am beinf sued for this money! Incompetent to say the least. Empty promises all the way an d they acore the interest ont the deposito

Kemprent rip off
Looked at a unit to rent was promised it would get fixed prior to moving in. This never happened, noted all issues with the unit and upon moving out received a fracture of my deposit back. Only to find they used my deposit to fix the issues which where noted on inspection forms. O ly decent thing I can say is they know how to steal and rip you off. Do not use them, absolutely incompetent and just over all worst rental ever

Kemprent rip off

Robbing of deposit
I have up until now (10 February 2021) not yet received my refund on key deposit from Kemprent since I returned the keys in January 2021 after I moved out. I have called several times and the lady`s excuse was that she is so swamped with e-mails since lockdown, when I phone her again today she ask someone else to speak to me and informed me that she could not pay me the money cause she used the money when I was in areas, however I paid up all the outstanding monies owed still- have the proof of payments. Must say Kemprent is not very keen on refunding people`s deposits but eager to take their monies.

Are they trying to rob us of our deposit?
What does a person have to do get your deposit back from this place?!?! Everything was done by the book in terms of giving notice to move out. The information was given that the deposit would be paid back no later than 14 days after the 1st September 2020. It is now the 17th and when inquiring about the deposit we are being told about the Municipality?

Worst agency ever
If I could give a rating of close their doors I would they overcharged me for rent and came and switched off my power more than once thanks to their own mistakes this is the worst agency to exist now that I've grown tired and moved they are with holding my entire deposit for repairs they never attended to there is one woman in particular that causes problems by the name of Ohna and everytime we try to reach her she is always busy someone has to do something before the public takes it in their own hands word place ever I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE

Racist and Incompetent
Racist and clueless, I've been told I did not pay my utility for three months and electricity will be cut off. When I sent the proof of payments for the three months no apology. Electricity prices went up with more than 50% in just two weeks with no explanation. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!!!

Kemprent stay far away
Never thought Kemprent in Kempton Park can be such a bunch of crooks, you move into a dirty place the stove isn't working, the place wasnt painted, so you take the place, you pay a hell of alot of money, every year the rent go's up you have to pay extra to make up for your deposit, put on the bathroom light it exploaded 2 times phone the agent to lay a complaint they will sent someone till today 3 years later nothing has happened, you see hole's in the wall's so you fix it, now when it comes to moving out they don't wane give you your deposit's back ,they come with all sorts of excuses you have broken the stove you have made hole's in the wall they had to get cleaners out to clean the place, they had to paint it out, bull**** i have cleaned that place and for the things that is not right according to you ! where is that darn paper where you the agent has made notes of all the things that wasn't right before we moved in, thats how you steal from people,!! leave the place just as it is !!! but the day when you move out then they wane hold you reliable for things they didn't bother to come and fix, i will never ever in my life do business with you again , but just remember what comes around goes around, so please people stay as far away from Kemprent as possible, they do you in with the prepaid electricity as well R240 for 100 units madFor R300 prepaid i got 100 free units
