I called in January and I was told the contract expires on the 13 of May 2025, I advised them to cancel the contract once it expired. Now I’m being charged double the price for and expired contract that I do not use and need.
Racist and clueless, I've been told I did not pay my utility for three months and electricity will be cut off. When I sent the proof of payments for the three months no apology. Electricity prices went up with more than 50% in just two weeks with no explanation. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!!!
I have lost R150 trying to contact your call centre and being put on hold. I have paid up letter for my debts and you consultants were busy transferring my calls not providing any relevant assistance. I just need a reference number to submit my paid up letter.
