My fibre connection has been dropping for almost three days now. I've phoned their support centre at least seven times. Every single time I have to go though the same troubleshooting process, and every single time the standard response is "That's strange"! Twice I was promised feedback, nothing happened. Three times while holding for a supervisor, the line gets cut. When asking for a supervisor's direct number, I get told they are not allowed to disclose such information. Sending emails to the supervisors, and even the CEO, gets no response. Last consultant was so rude - didn't care to listen, and started shouting at me! There is no support, and no willingness to address client concerns! I am sick to death of empty apologies and even emptier promises of assistance! I work from home, and have lost more than two days of work because of this - do they care? No, why should they?! What is the point of having a support centre staffed by incompetent people, and management, that just doesn't care. How long can it take to provide the service that I pay for every single month??? Why is it so hard to assist your clients?! I will not recommend Afrihost.com to anyone!

This company is one of the most unprofessional I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Been struggling for more than a month to obtain a COC for my electric fencing. They end up damaging my electrical infrastructure, and have all the excuses in the world not to remedy their mistakes. They charge an arm and a leg for their services, yet they are unwilling to provide the services they charge for... Avoid this company at all cost!
This airline has gone from good to pathetic in one swoop. Flight 478 from Lanseria to Durban has been the worst of my life. First, they are more than 30min late, with no real explanation why. Then boarding is called, and passengers have to stand in a queue for 45mim. Then the plane had to turn around on the taxi way because of a leaking toilet. No information on how long it would take to sort out the issue was given. None of the flight crew showed any interest in addressing passengers, nor did they care in the slightest that passengers would be breaking curfew. The head stewardess was utterly disinterested in what was going on, mumbling some incoherent nonsense when I asked her questions. She had the most irresponsible irritated look on her face, and tone in her voice when addressing passengers.. completely and utterly unhelpful! When I asked her about the issue with curfew, she just looked at me with disdain. I would NOT recommend this airline to anyone! It has no interest in taking care of passengers: no communication, indifferent crew members, and no respect for their clientele.
