I purchased much needed workwear on the website about a month ago. Transaction was successful, all of a sudden (when making a follow-up), their numbers are off and I get an automated e-mail response saying they are under liquidation! How do I get a refund? Who are the liquidators? Somebody please HELP!
I lost my job and have an outstanding Credit Card account which the bank handed over for collection. I entered into an agreement with the attorneys handling the account and have been keeping payments up to date. All of a sudden (late August 2021), Munnik Basson Dagama Inc. (MBD Attorneys) call, with and initial balance insisting I should make an agreement with them. After several explanations to their representatives, I contacted the bank to check if the account has been moved from the 1st firm. To my surprise, it was not. Standard Bank Card Collections have not given my account to MDB, according to their records. As I am writing this review, I am STILL RECEIVING CALLS from MBD, any response given to them is not recorded (otherwise I would be called by 3 people in 1 day). When asked to revert back to the bank, they tell me to ignore the other attorneys or be plain rude. Worse, the representatives (which I think are working from home) would call from very poor phone lines. This morning I answered the call and the person did not say anything, just breathing in-between paper sounds. I feel harrased! Please help!
