My complaint is against the online web-store called Raru.co.za On the 11th of August 2022 I placed on order of R5 945.00 with Raru. The dispatched time indicated 25-35 working days, which I granted as would be enough time for my deadline. I’m currently going through the situation where I cancelled an order as they were taking way too long I requested a cancellation and Raru decided to add a credit, and I refused and insisted on a refund. I have no need for a credit, as I don’t order from them frequently. I ordered in August and still nothing. I understand that the orders take time, which I allowed and I’ve given them the time. Due date came and went. No communication from them, no indication that there will be a delay, All I want is my refund, That’s all. I don’t want any hassles or dispute or long winded processes that keep me from getting my money back. I didn’t receive my order, so it’s just fair that I get my money back. Please review and assist. I ordered a air fryer by them it has been weeks with no response or feed back i paid in full they dont answer there calls or emails i wold not recommend to use there services!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Ordered PS5 items from the, still waiting for my order, asked for a refund, they promised but nothing happened. I asked my bank to do a payment reversal, this was the result. Please see recall answer received below from FNB No auth to debit case already logged with fraud DASH IN DEALS (PTY)LTD MR ZAKHELE NGCOBO 073 ) 3181357 Outcome of request -Detail explanation No Authority to Debit -The recipient has not provided permission for the funds to be reversed, as per the banking rules permission need to be obtained before the funds can be reversed. Standard Bank Fraud division recommended i lay charges with the Police. i will be doing this next week. Lets see what happens.
