They respond to enquiries promptly and they offer geeat service in that the changes i requested via email were made and the call was for formality. The app shows details of your policy in detail and you actually see the access decrease. I keep getting 10% once off discounts. Which is great. I am happy with your service Buhle. Hassle free
Hassle free. I like how they keep me posted without bombarding me with mails. They communicate well in advance to ensure that you are set for the debit. When you send enquiries, they are literally resolved and responded to promptly

They were quick to respond, even asked me to hang up and they will call me immediately. The Team, went out of their way to assist me really. I was on the call on behalf of my mom and they followed procedure to get hold of the main member prior to helping us. I even did a quote for my own car because the staff is really efficient, effective and such sound of calmness and kindness when they talk to you.

Southpoint diamond house is lacking and poor in service delivery for students
The south point at diamond house has not had water for days on end.the lift is always broken ..n if there is water is one shower working and is with cold water. There is plenty of us student here and we always Going up and down floors looking for water. And now the stove is not working because there a lot of us using it and it s not fit for the quantity they have accepted in their premises.
