I pre-ordered a game a month in advance, only for it to be delayed from Friday to Monday, which was understandable , Monday comes and still no delivery, it was only delivered on Tuesday, what pathetic service from koodoo.
I placed an order on the 13th of September. Delivery tracking said that I will receive my order by the 21st of September. I had received messages saying that my order is out for delivery. I had called the call center to double check and the staff knew nothing of my order. I later received a call from another staff member saying that my order has been split into 2 deliveries, which I had no problem with. Later on, I received communication saying that the entire order will be delivered by the next day. I feel that this is unprofessional. As a loyal takealot customer since 2015, I feel that this is not how I should have been treated. Takealot had wasted my time and effort. I will think twice before placing another order with them.
