Incompetent and ineffecient
The service at NMG Claims Department has been extremely unsatisfactory. I have waited months for my claim to be paid, but I am constantly told to wait and given stories about why it is taking so long, none of which make sense. It feels like the staff are incompetent or are not aware of what needs to happen or how their systems work. I am disappointed that something that should have been simple has been very tiring and strenuous. I would not recommend dealing with NMG.

Ordered sleeper couch same day and delivered same day with excellent customer service.
From Seed of Abraham, I had an excellent service today and a great delivery service with Bongani. Bravo Forever Beds, keep it up the excellent and wonderful service...
