Great service
Purchased a sleeper couch from them and had such great customer service. Bongani was so helpful and patient with me from the moment after I went on to their website up to the time I finally purchased. He kept me up to date the whole time regarding my delivery and delivered it exactly when he said he would. I would definitely recommend Forever Beds INC to everyone I know. Great service and great products.

Great service
Purchased a sleeper couch from them and had such great customer service. Bongani was so helpful and patient with me from the moment after I went on to their website up to the time I finally purchased. He kept me up to date the whole time regarding my delivery and delivered it exactly when he said he would. I would definitely recommend Forever Beds INC to everyone I know. Excellent Service
I purchased a sleeper couch from Forever Beds. The service was excellent. Bongani contacted me to enquire if he could assist me with my purchase. I explained to him my concerns and the urgency of the delivery. the couch was delivered in a matter of hours and he kept me inform regularly. He is very professional and I will definitely refer customers to him. Keep up the good work Bongani.

That is what I call service.
They are extremely professional. By far the best service I ever got. Will definitely recommend them. Their communication and delivery service is by far the best. Bongani helped me with everything I need. Ordered a sleeper couch yesterday and today it arrived. Bongani kept me posted on everything. That is what I call service. Keep up the good work guys

Bought a sleeper couch from them for 1900. very happy with the fast delivery(same day Delivery) was communicating with Bongani and very helpful and good customer service. will be buying my next bed from them. very happy with them

I recently purchased a bed from Forever Beds
I recently purchased a bed from Forever Beds. I received delivery promptly which was very satisfactory. However 2 weeks down the line the bed is sinking in and very uncomfortable and noisy. I have sent a complaint and hoping for a reply. I will send a follow up review. But for now I am terribly disappointed in the poor quality of the bed, especially after reading such great reviews on this company before making a purchase.

Forever Beds Excellence
The best service I have ever received from a South African company in my life. Bongani is a gentleman of his word. Sourced and delivered my couch in two days. Amazing. 5 stars easily given!!
