On 2 separate occasions I purchased medication at the self medication counter and was administered expired medication. I lodged a complaint but it was simply ignored.
I purchased a can of butter beans and found a stone inside the can. I did lodge a complaint and was bribed with a R50 gift voucher which I donated to a needy person. I am disgusted and insulted by the gesture because all I wanted was an explanation as to how this is even possible. Never again will I purchase checkers house brand products.
This is the second time that my parcel did not arrive at it's destination. Aramax simply ignores my messages and are rude and abrupt over the phone. They promise to call back but never do. On one occasion my waybill number was duplicated on their system and they insisted that I had sent my parcel to Cape Town, yet I had the waybill copy clearly showing a Durban address and correct postal code. They then went on to send me confidential information of 2 of their Cape Town clients. I received no apology and they refused to accept responsibility. On Sunday I dropped off another parcel in Johannesburg for delivery in Durban. Till date I am received with animosity and Aramax keeps me online for hours without getting back to me. They insist that the waybill number does not exist, yet I have a copy on hand. I believe parcels are being ****** at Aramax. I wish I could give them a zero rating not a one. They are nothing but common ******* and ****s.

I was racially attacked on 2 separate occasions at the Woolworths Blue Hills Midrand branch by the same security guard. The branch manager referred me to the security company and instructed me to contact the security company directly and share my experience as the fault lies with the security company being Riskcon security. When I was first racially attacked by the security guard there was no resolution in sight. Upon a second visit to the store, again I became the easy target for the same security guard. Months of me constantly contacting Woolworths I was finally asked to directly approach the security company as the fault lies with them. I believe Woolworths only made contact so as to shut me up. Woolworths only wants our money but are racially discriminating to their customers.
Riskcon are the security group at Woolworths. I was racially attacked on 2 occasions by the very same security guard. It's quite a long story to go into detail. Let me just say it was a vicious racial attack against me. The Woolworths branch being Blue Hills in Midrand. The branch manager of Woolworths did not take responsibility and asked me to contact the security company directly and share my experience. Woolworths lodged complaints several times with Riskcon with no positive feedback. To date the security company has not even attempted to resolve the matter thus refusing to take responsibility. Not surprised that this company has such bad reviews and such a low trust index.
In the past I was happy with Dischem but my recent experiences have been very disappointing. Total was unable to load my loyalty points and had sent me to Dischem. At the store a lady at the customer care desk proceeded to assist before being interrupted by another lady. They spoke in a language that I did not understand and she then returned my card saying she cannot assist and sent me back to Total. I sent emails to Dischem and a woman named Thandi asks me to download the Total app and claim my points which was impossible. I have had friends and family members try and were unsuccessful. Since then Thandi from Dischem ignores my emails and refuses to assist. I am being sent from pillar to post without any positive responses. Highly disappointed in Dischem.
I fill up fuel at Total and swipe my Dischem card for the loyalty points. Total is always offline. They would send me to Dischem then Dischem would send me back to Total. The app doesn't work. Seems I spend more money chasing after loyalty points and never receiving any. Never again would I use Total 😠😡
I recently purchased a bed from Forever Beds. I received delivery promptly which was very satisfactory. However 2 weeks down the line the bed is sinking in and very uncomfortable and noisy. I have sent a complaint and hoping for a reply. I will send a follow up review. But for now I am terribly disappointed in the poor quality of the bed, especially after reading such great reviews on this company before making a purchase.
Hi, I purchased 2 bed sets from The Mattress Warehouse Midrand. Within 2 weeks both mattresses were broken, very noisy, and when my 4kg dog sat on it the mattress sank. There were hollows in the mattresses and to sleep on it gave me endless back and neck pains. Whenever I called or sent in a complaint I was told that they were waiting as no response from their supplier, Universal Beds. At one stage one of the mattresses was exchanged but within 2 weeks again similar problems. The Mattress Warehouse staff were very friendly when I was purchasing but with my complaints they made false promises and gave me the runaround then eventually ignored me, dragged the issue until the guarantee was expired. Never buy from any of The Mattress Warehouse branches because it is the same owner and all he cares is about himself, robs innocent poor people and then passes the blame onto a third party then ignores you as long as he benefits. It's a shame really.
