I had an account with them. A month and a half before my contract ended I removed my sim card. Two months later I get a really high bill which didnt make sence. Had a look at my account and saw it was for a different number. I called the number and a woman answered. I went to see them and explained what happened. The number was for my ****le, the sim card is still in my ****le (which I never used). So they opened a case. Now they keep trying to take money for the other persons calls from me. I have never recieved any feedback from them wrt their so called investigation. They are beyond pathetic and they are thieves....on top of that their signal is useless. Stay far away from them!!!
I ordered moulds from sa moulds online and paid and its been two months no delivery. I have tried contacting them but I haven't had any response.
I also fell for their telephone call and purchased two ink cartridges from them. I paid for the two and i was then contacted a month later where they told me i have to purchase another four cartridges to complete my order. I said i don't want them and was told i don't have a choice. Eventually they moved it to two additional cartridges but i said i don't want any. I asked them to send me proof of where i said i want more than two and the woman said how can i prove i didn't want more than the original two! Today their lawyer from Gavin Larsen and associates contacted me to say i'll be receiving a summons. Strange thing though, when you google this law firm you only get hits for the NZ cricket player.
I fell for their first call and bought some of their all purpose cleaner, which is nothing special and is ridiculously over priced! Then about a month later they phone me and tell me they are sending me two more 25L drums to complete my order?! I said i don't want more but was told i don't have a choice and they must complete my order. They never mentioned anything about costs so i figured well maybe it's included in the money i paid as it was a hefty sum for the product. They delivered and now a month later they contact me to find out about the invoice. I said i never received one so the sent it to me. Over R6000 for two drums of this rubbish i never wanted. I have contacted them to find out how i can return it but they are not answering any of my queries!!
I finished my contract with cell C and took out a vodacom contract three weeks ago. I received my new phone but they haven't been able to activate my phone. My number had to be archived which they said takes 24 to 48hrs but on Tuesday it has been three weeks. I find this unacceptable and I am regretting moving from Cell C. I have wasted time and money phoning on a daily basis and no one can give me any answers.
