No complaints, so far, very happy with my experience.
We had an amazing experience from Lucy Naidoo, she helped us through the whole bond process and made sure we get a good offer from the bank. Will definitely recommend her services to anyone buying a new home. She is on the ball and even listened to my ranting and made me feel less stressed about the whole process as a first time buyer.
Very upset today wit Game sote Cresta Mall. So 3 days ago I went to Game for last minute Christmas shopping and the cashier that helped me was sick with flu. I cringed at that moment I realized she was sick but hoped I'll not get infected as she had already started helping me, and was almost done, today Christmas morning I wake up sick as a dog with flu. Thank you Game for your lack of caring about the welfare of your employees and customers, and letting your sick staff members interact with the public, you have ruined Christmas for me and probably other people too, who knows how many people came in contact with your sick employee over the last few days. I have to add that the place is an oven during the day due to the aircons only working from the late afternoons. Honestly disappointed and I will not support you in future.
Only started wit Oneplan so can't give a definite review yet but so far I have no complaints, and Ashleigh Leibrandt was very helpful with my queries.
Purchased a sleeper couch from them and had such great customer service. Bongani was so helpful and patient with me from the moment after I went on to their website up to the time I finally purchased. He kept me up to date the whole time regarding my delivery and delivered it exactly when he said he would. I would definitely recommend Forever Beds INC to everyone I know. Great service and great products.
Worst expierience ever! I'm glad to see that I am not the only one that feels that these people are incompitent. They offered me cartridges at a good price which I gladly accepted, but to what cost. A month after I received and paid for my 2 cartridges I received a phone call stating that my order is on its way, they told me that my order was split up and that I will receive 4 more cartridges. I refused these and still they kept trying to force me to take them. After more than a mont of hasstling me, I told them if they send it I will just return them. They did then send it, but I was not at work the day of delivery. A temporary cashier signed for the package. The next day when I returned to the office I saw the package, where I then contacted Switch Consumables and requested them to come fetch the cartridges. They refused to do so and wanted me to pay for them. After another month of struggling with them they kept saying that they can give me discount but not take the items. I said I do not want the offer but they kept harrassing me. Yesterday I received a phone call where they then said if I do not pay they will blacklist me! WHAT!!! Never in my life have I dealt with such a ridiculous company. Do not accept the first order people!
