Old Mutual refuses to pay my elite severe illness benefit claiming I have not provided documentation. I have since sent them all required documentation but they continue to drag their feet. This is my second review and still no assistance in this regard instead they insist on no documentation.
Old Mutual has been delaying my insurance payout for more than two months now. I have sent them all my Drs records and proof that I had cancer and went through chemo but they keep delaying the payout.
