Good day I MBONGISENI PHILANI NDWANDWE .I had a contract with Vodacom . At the beginning of covid our employer (Arcellomittal) was affected to such an extend that we had to stay home and not go to work and it was no work no pay rule I called vodacom and explain my story to them and they said to me I should email them all the documents that support my statementn, and I did that, they even confirmed that they have received my documents. However to my surprise they continue to debit my account for that account I had with them , obviously I am not working and I dnt have any source if income , they did not get any fund in the account, it went on and on for about few months still not getting anything. Until my account goes in arrears . It's even now effecting my credit score because now when I apply for any credit it's shows that o have vodacom that is on arrears. How was I going to pay it while I was unemployed. And y did the put my account in arrears under bureau . I now can't get anything thing on credit because of this . I once write a review nd even now still hv not received a feedback about it. Even a call at least. So I assume that HP does agree with what they doing nd their bad service
