Very Happy
Got indoor soft slippers. Couldn't find them anywhere in store. Good price and shipping is fantastic. It was shipped the next day.

Very Happy with the service and products range. Used them for edible printed décor. It was dispatched in a timely manner and the the product received was great. Super friendly as well.

Terrible customer service - no stars
Terrible customer service. Upgraded a contract. Billed me for an uncapped data plan and gave me a 100G data plan instead. Now trying to fix the problem. No email option only to call. I get a different person every time. They wont cancel the contract until they collect the router but they wont book collection for it. Each time I speak with them I am given a different time line from 3 days to they meant 7 to 14. This has already been 3 weeks, almost a month now. If I could give no stars, I would do that.

Love using this app
Love using the app. Wide variety of items, transport options, payment methods and very user friendly. If there is ever an issue, it gets resolved quickly. I have just popped an email and I get a very fast response.

Good Service :)
Nice Variety of items. Was dispatched same day as ordered and received the next day. Very good communication, quick responses to emails. Definitely would recommend.

Meh
Redoing a review. I was initially happy with the service. When my order was received. Half of it was Incorrect. Now in contact with them to sort it out and it is so slow. It took 2 days for the first response from them. Then if I'm lucky I get 1 email a day. I don't find them very helpful at all. The part of the order was fine.
