Atrocious service
I received the wrong color couch, and when I contacted them about it, I was completely ignored. There’s no point in offering products if you can’t deliver the correct item or bother to respond to customers

Worst insurance company!!!!
I called Insure by iStore to cancel my insurance on the 20th of November 2023 but my account was debited on the 27th of December. When I called, I was told my insurance was still active after the lady told me my insurance had been cancelled last month. Please do not cover from this insurer!

Link my card to my profile?
I am sick and tired of getting an M2 error every time I try link my money account on my profile online. How do I fix this as the call center agents clearly have no clue?! They tell me they'll email their IT department but this never gets fixed! I don't have time to go to any of your branches to pay. I would like to be able to pay for my account through the app!

Mr Price Money accounts service is disgusting to say the least. I have been trying to link my procile with my account number and no one seems to know what the problem is. I am closing this account today after having it for 2 days!
