Best VW dealership in SA
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely outstanding service from **VW Melrose**! From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The sales staff were knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. The entire process—from viewing the vehicle to final delivery—was smooth and efficient, with excellent communication every step of the way. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority at VW Melrose. I highly recommend VW Melrose to anyone looking for a great Volkswagen and an exceptional dealership experience. Rain - Unlimited Incompetence Network
6 days of back and forth. 5 different "support" personnel, and not even 1 of them can solve my issue. Although I get emails stating that my request has been resolved. The level of incompetence at Rain is second to none, really. Their after sales "support" is as useful as a lifeguard at the swimming Olympics. The conclusion to every phone call is, "I'll escalate the matter." All this frustration was caused by one of their sales agent named Nonkululeko Khumalo. I paid R499 to upgrade to 5G and now no one seems to know where the money went and I'm told I can't get a refund. Some Agents tell me the money paid the outstanding balance on the 4G, while others tell me the money will be refunded within 24 hours.
