Worst service to desperate clients
Complete and otter bad service from the whole team .First they sell you all the great things they will do but nothing gets done. The debit orders goes off on time but no service is being provided. A lady named Zanele and Shadricka Jonkers will tell you everything you want to hear just so you join and pay. They even assured me payment holiday for December and January...guess what not happening. If you are with them RUN.if not Don't even bother. Worst part I can't cancel my contract with them because they closed till 7th Jan. 7 Jan I am canceling my membership and never looking back. I'd rather do it on my own.

Bad service
Very bad service. I called in 6 days ago about a query on my policy.I got transferred to a supervisor who Made alot of promises .I'm still waiting. By days 3 I had to call in again and ask for my call to be played back to me..they said it takes 24hours ...its now day 4 still waiting . I think outsurance is better ...
