After 3 months of having in my Tracking unit the back up battery started dying and drained my car battery. I bought a new battery and it still drained, thereafter car track sent someone to replace the unit and it was fine for another 3 months but now it is draining my battery again. I spoke to someone in the CEO department by the name of Kavitha Lalla and she wants me to pay a call out fee for a technician to check and to resolve this problem all I wanted was for them to put the tracking on sleep mode to solve the problem. Right now she is ignoring my emails and when calling, she's always busy. They promise she will call me back but she never does.
Poor service, their tracking drained my old battery and new battery and they can only send a technician out 7 days later. Now I have to disconnect my battery every time I park. Then they have the nerve to ask if I have anyone I would like to recommend. I will never recommend anyone anymore, your company make me look poor with car problems.
WBT is probably the worst garage to purchase a car at. I bought a Honda Accord from them in 2018,they sold it to me saying the the car need to have its oil level sensor changed and they waiting on the part from Honda . After the cooling off period they stopped replying to emails and the person you looking for "Wesley" is never at work when you call. When I called Honda they said that nobody from WBT auto ordered a oil level sensor .The case is currently at the Ombudsman and at the complaint commissioner.I don't think a oil level sensor takes 4 years to get to Cape Town but they probably think they got away with it. Unprofessional and pathetic business people. Please do not waste your time buying broken cars from them because they will never fix it, unless you're a lawyer and you can keep them on their toes, poor Tatum taking all the complaints but she obviously deserves it just as much .
