Poor customer service
Super WORSE service ever. At the workshop in the service department you will seat in the chairs waiting to be called and no one will even notice you're there. Other customers will come and go straight to be serviced while you waiting to be called. After helping yourself by asking around where to go, you have to wait for the driver. Nightmare, I waited for a good 2 hours just for their driver. There are so many staff members moving up and down, so many cars outside, I mean its a car workshop but they only have one car to transport clients. Very worse service, WESTVAAL NELPSRUIT.

Professional and very helpful staff
Professional and very helpful staff. I was assisted by Bianca on my new car purchase. She made the process so easy yet it was difficult. I got the car that I wanted and it was delivered in my house super fast. If you need assistance, I would definitely recommend MMU.

Excellent service from Prompt Finance
