Super WORSE service ever. At the workshop in the service department you will seat in the chairs waiting to be called and no one will even notice you're there. Other customers will come and go straight to be serviced while you waiting to be called. After helping yourself by asking around where to go, you have to wait for the driver. Nightmare, I waited for a good 2 hours just for their driver. There are so many staff members moving up and down, so many cars outside, I mean its a car workshop but they only have one car to transport clients. Very worse service, WESTVAAL NELPSRUIT.

I purchased a car there in January 2024 and until today I haven't received any number plates and licence disk. I am the one who is always making the follow ups. Now the manage Mr Hein Vender is shouting as if am the one who is responsible registering the car. I will never recommend someone to go westvaal Nelspruit that dealership is ***.

Their customer service is very bad and due to their incompetence, my vehicle is not working. The customer service is not up to standard. I always had to phone and email them to find out what is happening with my car. I actually am still waiting for them to phone me and to date no Management has contacted me. Also, when you phone them, they promise to call you back and that also did not happen. I will not ever take my car back to them.

I am the owner of a Isuzu D-Max 3.0. I currently reside in Maputo and booked my vehicle for a service at Westvaal Nelspruit. The advisor that handled the booking, was Caroline Rabothata. The booking already was a nightmare as she couldn't spell my email address. She was going to email confirmation of booking which wasn't done as she STILL got the address wrong. I found their email online and started the booking from scratch. The vehicle was booked for 8 November 2022. The dealership was informed that the vehicle is covered by a service plan as well as warranty. I stipulated the issues on the job order. I had the vehicle at the dealership at 06:30 and it was only booked in one hour later. I got several calls during the course of the day. Besides being call SIR all the time, even after I corrected them (I am obviously a woman), they repeatedly gave me prices for parts that needed to be replaced. I confirmed (again) that the vehicle was covered by a motor plan and the parts that was faulty was mentioned by me on the order. Eventually, they called me back, saying they don't have stock and will have to order. The car was returned to me around 16:00 (after they told me the service would take around 2 hours). The vehicle was still dirty qlthough it was evident that they attempted to wash it. I found the invoice in the vehicle. On it, they printed that I declined having the parts replaced. This is a blatant lie. Ater my return to Maputo, i sent them an email enquiring about the above, also about the parts that had to be ordered. My email was sent to Lee von Wiellligh who was going to contact me. This has still not happened after five days.

What an absolute pleasure it was dealing with the Fantastic Mr Themba Magagula and the finance team at Westvaal Nelspruit. I had my reservations about purchasing a car from outside of Gauteng that I wasn’t able to go and view due to lockdown restrictions, but the absolute professionalism and above and beyond service that I received from Themba made the process not only painless but better than anything I’ve experienced from dealers in my area, the car was even personally driven to my house from Nelspruit. The team also processed my finance application with ease and got me fantastic rates. Themba and the team at Westvaal Nelspruit are a HUGE asset to the Westvaal Motor Group. I would definitely recommend.
