NEVER EVER using Woolworths Dash EVER again. Placed an order for 11 items to be delivered as I couldn’t run out to the store. The payment went through and I got a notification stating I should keep my phone close by incase any item is unavailable which I did. When I opened the app to view the status of my order it said CANCELLED 😡 no call no messages in the app nothing. I called the call center and the lovely agent told me she is trying to get hold of the store to see why it was cancelled, these attempts went unanswered and so when my airtime ran out the call dropped and the call center agent called back and STILL had not been able to reach the store. I said well then please change the method to a click and collect to which I was told that I cannot do this and will need to wait 24 hours for a reversal. This is anything but convenient… thanks for nothing Woolworth dash and Sunward Lifestyle centre Woolworths. Not only have you wasted my time, money but also my airtime.
What an absolute pleasure it was dealing with the Fantastic Mr Themba Magagula and the finance team at Westvaal Nelspruit. I had my reservations about purchasing a car from outside of Gauteng that I wasn’t able to go and view due to lockdown restrictions, but the absolute professionalism and above and beyond service that I received from Themba made the process not only painless but better than anything I’ve experienced from dealers in my area, the car was even personally driven to my house from Nelspruit. The team also processed my finance application with ease and got me fantastic rates. Themba and the team at Westvaal Nelspruit are a HUGE asset to the Westvaal Motor Group. I would definitely recommend.
Wow, it was so awesome dealing with the fabulous Relebohile Tsoaeli from the servicing department, her above and beyond help and professionalism was a breath of fresh air. She helped me get a great deal for my new cars insurance. I hope I get to speak to her every year I review my insurance. What a superstar !!!! #DiscoveryDidGood
My previous review on Telkom Mobile was with regards to the same issue. I am trying to open up a contract and was told I need to wait a maximum of 48 hr to be approved for the product and I WILL be informed if I have been successful. Well I think that’s the biggest joke of all. 5 days down the line still no call. So I try call back and for 3 days consecutively NO ANSWER on their 10213 orders number. My airtime has run out 3 times trying to get hold of them. And not once but twice now I have had someone pick up the phone, I say Hi and they slam the phone down in my ears. My question is, how is it that I can be relentlessly spammed with their latest “promotions “ that I ALREADY qualify for but when I actually want something it can take them 5 days to get back to me there’s nothing more I can say than Telkom are PATHETIC...
On the 8th of January 2018, i approach iStore Eastgate with regards to opening up a contract for an iPad Pro after many failed attempts with Telkom themselves. The staff at iStore were great ?? really top notch, unfortunately the same cannot be said for Telkom. When doing the contract application iStore sends through the information to Telkom so that my application can be approved or denied, the iStore staff spoke to the Telkom call center who informed them that the process would take a maximum of 48 hr and that I would have to return to the store for collection once it has been approved. At this point I’m passed 48hrs and when trying to get hold of the Telkom call center to enquire on the process of the application I cannot get through to speak to an actual human being. After my fourth attempt and holding for 10 minutes FINALLY the call is answered... only for it to be hung up as I say hello , such professionalism ... if this is what you have to go through to actually become a Telkom client I can only imagine how poorly they will treat you when you are a client.
Where to start... phoned the technical department in mid October 2017 regarding the fact that my Top Up smart M+ contracts data was becoming depleted a lot faster than usual to which I was given a reference number and told that it would take 48 hours to receive my detailed data transaction statement ... well going on 3 month later no reply ? then low and behold later that same month my same contract started charging me for sms’ and calls to a prepaid Telkom number. Once again in the hopes of remaining positive and giving companies the benefit of the doubt I yet again reached out to the technical department to which I was given the EXACT SAME run around, reference number , promises of feedback and months later NOTHING not even the In store assistants could help.... all in all USELESS
