The consultant was very helpful and friendly today.
Their customer service is very bad and due to their incompetence, my vehicle is not working. The customer service is not up to standard. I always had to phone and email them to find out what is happening with my car. I actually am still waiting for them to phone me and to date no Management has contacted me. Also, when you phone them, they promise to call you back and that also did not happen. I will not ever take my car back to them.
I would just like to thank the agent from MyWay for helping me selecting the right insurance policy. He was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anybody to use MyWay
