Deposit that doesn't reflect in my account
People working in deposits department are useless and stupid I wonder how we're they hired cause they keep asking same questions as if they delete our emails after reading them. Since I made a deposit @2am even now its not reflecting all they do is ask same question 20 times those idiots

Please help
I applied for a cellphone on the 18th of Aug 2021,even now I haven't received it yet they are debiting from my Acc and when I call I get a machine and I can't get to the consultants. I have been sending messages for them to cancel contract to no luck till today. I searched their tracking link it doesn't even show anything under my husband's ID yet it hasn't been delivered and they deduct money.
