Bad experience
Do not accept the hefty upfront deposit their KZN team asks for. I did, and the result is almost a year of trying to get them out to make good on their poor workmanship, because the financial incentive to correct their errors is not there. I’ve given up and will have to go elsewhere at significant extra cost. Really disappointed!

Awesome turnaround and service 😊
What a pleasant surprise to find that my provident fund balance was deposited into my account after submitting my withdrawal docs just 2 weeks ago. Thank you NMG - awesome stuff! It is often the case that administrators like NMG take the knock for delays that are caused by incomplete forms, SARS delays and/or HR submission delays.
