Bad experience
Do not accept the hefty upfront deposit their KZN team asks for. I did, and the result is almost a year of trying to get them out to make good on their poor workmanship, because the financial incentive to correct their errors is not there. I’ve given up and will have to go elsewhere at significant extra cost. Really disappointed!

Unable to provide service. Still waiting for refund
Been a disaster from the start. The first attempt at flooring our lounge and pantry failed, the product cracked and was discoloured. The second attempt also failed, leaving unsightly borders around the edging. Unreliable, unprofessional, untidy and unreachable. The staff are uninterested and rude. Really had our patience tested. 3.5months later, we are still sitting with an incomplete and unsightly floor. We were offered a refund which we decided to accept, but no response or refund to date. Shocking experience! Very disappointed. We would like to move forward and appoint a different company to lay a new floor and go through the entire process again, if only we could get our refund.

Lack of customer service
I used the internet link to request a quote. The representative came to look at what I required and promised a quote ASAP, either that evening or early the next day. Two weeks later I had received nothing. When I queried if they were not interested in my business, the response was that their system had been offline but they were back up and running and I would receive a quote ASAP. I'm still waiting. If the company cannot get it right to send out a quote, what is the final delivery on the product going to be like? Moving on ...
