Haven't received my order placed on 1 Dec. No communication on status of order. No response to my emails. I'm convinced they are not actually answering their phone lines after being on hold for 30+ minutes at a time. Will NEVER use them again!!! Shocking service and quite frankly theft thus far as I the have taken over 3k and not delivered.
Been a disaster from the start. The first attempt at flooring our lounge and pantry failed, the product cracked and was discoloured. The second attempt also failed, leaving unsightly borders around the edging. Unreliable, unprofessional, untidy and unreachable. The staff are uninterested and rude. Really had our patience tested. 3.5months later, we are still sitting with an incomplete and unsightly floor. We were offered a refund which we decided to accept, but no response or refund to date. Shocking experience! Very disappointed. We would like to move forward and appoint a different company to lay a new floor and go through the entire process again, if only we could get our refund.
Having just moved up from Durban, I was referred by a friend. I called to make an appointment. Right from the get go I felt that I was met with an attitude and felt very uncomfortable talking the receptionist, as though she had far better things to do than answer the phone and spend her time talking to me... When I asked how much the consult would be I was told R1900. I have to be honest I was a bit shocked by the price and expressed this to her, as I paid about R750 for a consult with my gynaecologist durban. I was then very bluntly told that this is JHB and not Durban and do I want to book or not. I was speechless and eventually told her that I feel she is very rude. She then proceeded to hang up the phone. Perhaps I was wrong by asking why it was so pricey... but I felt it was taken personally. I am an honest hard working person and have the right to ask. Perhaps a simple explanation or break down of the costs would have sufficed. I am so disappointed as my friend assured me that Dr Naylor is wonderful but with such a cold reception, I guess I'll never know. What a pity.
Not sure where to begin.Amazing how the only word I could think of to describe my experience is DISGUSTING!! I'm not surprised that others feel the same way. The sequence of events are as follows: late arrival, too few labourers (I paid extra), no wrapping as paid for(was told they would wrap at next stop), driver sat in truck with a woman ran the battery flat, tried to jump start while I could hear my furniture breaking, was told that help was on the way only to wake up to find the truck still parked in my street the next morning, rushed to jhb to meet them as per the time stipulated by driver...they weren't even half way.Once they arrived they demanded my fiance pay the balance before offloading, tried to conceal the fact that they broke my antique dresser and bookshelf. Majority of furniture chipped, scratched and generally devalued. They then said they would repair the items (I have my doubts) and took away. Essential items left behind and was promised it would be collected.Carol blamed me for it. No feedback. When contacted they claim to know nothing. Were promised delivery of \repaired"furniture but didn't transpire. Apparently owner out of country and unreachable. Gutted"""
