Urgent Complaint Regarding *****ulent Delivery Claim If I could give negative 10 stars, I would. Your RAM driver claims to have visited my office on 14/04/2025, stating falsely that the delivery failed due to my inability to produce identification. This claim is completely untrue, misleading, and *****ulent. Key points of my complaint: 1. No Attempted Delivery: I was present at my office premises until after 18:15 on 14/04/2025 and can provide security camera footage as clear evidence that your driver never arrived nor attempted delivery. 2. False Accusations: The claim that I could not produce my ID is entirely baseless, as I have had all required documents ready since the order was placed with Vodacom on 10/04/2025. 3. Lack of Accountability: This incident clearly indicates that your drivers have found loopholes in your delivery system to avoid responsibility and accountability. 4. Communication with Vodacom: I have escalated my dissatisfaction directly to Vodacom, emphasizing your company's failure to provide the service they have entrusted and paid you to perform. Given the seriousness of falsely claiming delivery attempts and attributing blame to customers, I demand immediate clarification: • Where exactly did your driver allegedly attempt to deliver my parcel? This *****ulent claim was recorded on your online tracking system, meaning incorrect and misleading information was communicated to Vodacom without proper verification or evidence. • Who verified the driver's false claim before updating your online tracking platform? • What measures are in place to ensure accuracy and honesty from your drivers before making claims available to customers and partners like Vodacom? I expect a transparent explanation for why such a serious claim was made publicly available without verification, as it negatively impacts my credibility as a customer. Your immediate response is required.
