The most horrible service ever!! No one answers phones. If they do they sent from pillar to post. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to take their car there.

I haven’t have internet the whole day. I logged a ticket. I tried calling and I have been on hold for a very long time till I ran out of airtime. I tried thier social media. No help till now. Their customer service is really not helpful.
Bad Bad Customer Service. I've been trying to get hold of their Technical Support for Month. They Just courier router without ant instructions. I haven't had internet for the past month and they sent me bill. I'm am already considering cancellation. Ive never been this frustrated by an ISP in my life.
