Ordered a printer online and made a secure payment and was promised delivery in 3 to 5 days. The printer arrived on time.

Specialized completely messed up my ebike
Specialized completely messed up my E bike. I took my ebike to Specialized to have a new tube put in the front wheel which housed the motor.When I got it back the next day, the bike would not freewheel backwards. I took the bike back again, that was fixed, took it home and inserted the battery and the electronics was completely dead. I then took the bike to the local agent who explained that it could not be repaired and that I had to import a new motor from the United States

Incredible service from Computer Mania Somerset West Mall
Computer hard drive crashed. Dropped the machine off on Suday morning with Senzo at Somerset West Mall. Went to lunch and collected the PC all working at 4pm. Incredible service, thanks.

I rate Bonitas as the worst Medical Aid
I am a member of Bonitas Comprehensive 4770049702 01. Bonitas refuses to pay for my wife’s Eylea injections to halt Macular Degeneration. In September last year they agreed to a few ex gratia payments. Now Bonitas effectively say that the Opthalmologist is not using the correct level of care for this condition which Bonitas quotes as “Vitrectomy; laser treatment; other surgery”. Unfortunately changing to another Medical Aid is not an option as I would lose the first year of any claims.

Bonitas ranks 1 out of 5 in my book
Bonitas advertise that they are the best. How can that be? I have an authorisation for my wife's Eylea injection tomorrow and the pharmacy refuses to deliver until paid.

Nedbank Stockbroking gets 1 out of 5
It is impossible to withdraw funds from my available balance on my stockbroking account to be transferred to my bank current account listed as one of two registered approved bank accounts. I have phoned since 10h42 and sent an email at 11h08 this morning and I am totally ignored.

Incredible service
My Landline and Internet through Openserve were down on Saturday 6 August at 10h00. The service was incredible, as a technician had it all fixed shortly after 11h00! Many thanks for excellent service!

Incredible ervice from AA
Had an accident and needed a flat bed to tow our Landrover to Tiger Wheels as both left tyres were shredded. I phoned the AA. A short while later the AA phoned us and said a flat bed truck would be at the address at 8h00. The truck arrived at promptly at 7h59.The driver Mr F Tsawu was careful, efficient and delivered the car safely to Tiger Wheels by 8h40. Incredible service. Many thanks

Bonitas must be the worst Medical Aid by far
Bonitas still do not acknowledge that I had 2 operations on the same day and decided to only reimburse for one identical operation!! The quote for 2 operations was approved, so legally they cannot now only pay half.
