Can't begin to explain my disgust. Placed an order on 21 Feb 2026. Fought until 11 March just to get an answer out of them as to where my order is. Obviously coming back to say the most important item is out of stock. Why should I fight to get an order. So NO customer service. No following up on orders not delivered. Now I want my money back and they ignore me. Their terms says "IF" the refund fails they will need bank details. No refund has even been attempted and they ignore me flat because I did not send my bank details. Why assuming the reversal will fail. I already don't trust you now you want my bank details as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Worst service ever. Have been waiting for my upgrade for more than 5 months. I was forced to change my upgrade order after 4 months, now again still waiting for the 2nd upgrade order for more than a month. I already bought the cover and screen protector for the A72 and active 2 watch as i was told I will have it in 7 days. When am I getting my order. Every day that i phone you get cut off t least 4 times and when you do get through the answer is "No Stock" and no one knows when it will be coming in. When I ask on Hello Peter and Facebook I get the std answer from everyone "It is coming soon". Can you please decide what is the story and who is lying to me and who refuses to follow up and get back to me on when I will have it. Call ref after call ref and not one person gets back to me to say what is going on. Do I need to drive to your head office and demand an answer.
The worst ever service. I have been waiting now for 5 months for an upgrade order. The first order placed on 9 May. On the 29 Aug for the first time ever saying sorry but the device and the watch you've chosen was discontinued. SO I chose another phone and watch. This was 29 Aug and when you get read the terms, they say it will take 7 days. Again now after the 2nd upgrade order it's been more than a month and in total 5 months that I have now been waiting for an upgrade order. I truly regret moving both my boys, mother and brother to Cell C. i think it is best we move all 6 numbers to another service provide because this is shocking. I have sent several message on Facebook to Cell C and they don't care, they keep saying it will come soon. I have phoned 6 times since Tuesday 28 Sept and all 6 times I was cut off when I request to speak to a supervisor. Appalling service to say the least
