I wish I could give no stars, but unfortunately that is not an option. I sold 3 phones on Facebook Marketplace and the buyer insisted on using PayPal. She received the phones on 21/12/2025 and I haven't received payment yet. Every day there is something else that holds up payment. Every email is just to inform me of a new fee that needs to be paid (that was not disclosed in the beginning). Today it is a technical error and I received R3000.00 in error. Now they want me to pay the R3000.00 back before they will release the payment. This is absurd and the worst service from a service provider I have ever encountered. Currently they are ignore email communication. I really wish to warn people NOT to use PayPal.
