I have so many issues with this bureau. Experian is the only bureau taking forever to change and update my details as all my accounts were settled and paid. Then trying to register on the website, I noticed that they sending the otp to my old number. Sent an email and recd a response from Thomas Skele who basically told me he can't do anything and there's no other way to get a credit report. When asked how I then log a dispute then, he stopped responding. Then tried calling all numbers on ur website more than 10 times without getting thru?? 30 minutes hold, no answer and I eventually dropped. I'm the process of an application and we can't move forward, due to this. Can someone urgently assist me before I decide to take a different route.
Ive have been trying to contact MBD since this morning, whenever i get transferred to the relevant dept the line cuts. I had 3 accounts which I've settled. I need my paid up letter as promised.
