I didn't want to complain online. In fact, I would have liked to have spoken to someone at uShaka that could have assisted, but finding the correct person proves to be very difficult. On the 2nd of Feb, my family and I went to uShaka Marine World. At uShaka, there are a number of food stalls and shops just by the door. My 13 and 6 year old daughters walked out of the park and purchased them something. When they returned to the door, the security man was so aggressive and downright rude. Practically assaulted my 13 year old. When she tried speaking he shouted her down. She told him please let her through to let her mom and dad know that for some reason he is not going to let her pass, he shouted at her and said you don't speak to adults. She then went on to say that she don't have a phone, she needs to let us know, he berated her further and told his colleagues these kids have no respect. The 6 year old then saw a gap and ran through to us to let us know that the security is pointing in my daughters face and refuse to let her through. We then proceeded to the door. At the door, the man clearly had a terrible attitude and told us she can't in because she had food. We said she wan't aware, but pointing in her face and pulling her around is not the right way to deal with the situation. We asked to speak to his manager as he was so rude that there was no conversation that could be held. On the radio, he has the audacity to first ask what manager is on, to which the operator says Spha, and he says oh okay, Spha is good, let him come. Which is a clear indication that the relationship between the two would mean our complaint would go nowhere. When Spha came, I asked Spha for his managers name as we are now made aware that they are friends. Spha firstly refuse to give me any names, refuse to give me a contact number and refuse to give me the name of the security that was so hostile. I eventually threatened Spha by saying I will phone the police and open a case of assault as he was that aggressive with my daughter, which he then wrote the name on page. Now since 2 Feb, I have been phoning - a number which Spha eventually gave and it is the control room number so this call went from pillar to post and I am still to get someone from uShaka to listen. My two day stint in KZN was ruined from this interaction and I doubt very much I would go back. I strongly suggest people who want to go to uShaka to stay in groups. They have no courtesy whatsoever.
To Whom It May Concern, I have 2 running mobile contracts and 1 fibre contract with Vodacom. Since July they have not provided me with internet cover and yet they were deducting money from my bank account. I lodged several service requests, but it was all in vain. I then decided to cancel all my contracts with Vodacom. Something that I have been battling with since August. It would appear that they keep not pushing through the cancellations and not actually cancelling, causing me to be bounded another month. They gave me a credit, but that doesn’t matter as they still do not cancel my contracts. All I have been requesting is that my contracts be cancelled and that they use my credit towards whatever still needs to be paid. But with them not cancelling to force me to be bound month after month, my credit is being used every month and I am having to fork out more money. This feels like borderline harassment and abuse of power. I am at my wits end over the emotional distress dealing with Vodacom has created. Worst of all, there are no managers or supervisor getting back to me to further deal. Please help me. Warmest Regards,
I had fibre installed with vodacom on the 22 July 2021. They have never provided me with Internet. All devices state connected with no Internet. When I ask assistance they rude, unhelpful and Apparently no manager works there. They debiting my account, yet don't provide me with any Internet. I asked to be cancel and they are not releasing me for a new supplier to install me. I don't understand how they can be such bullies.
