I had to give them one star but it should have been minus. They never allocate funds or update statements on time. When you call you get a different person with a different answer and a different attitude each time. It takes 48 hours for them to respond to an email. What kind of service is that?? Frustrated and disappointed. What a mess. It's also pointless making an official complaint as they don't bother taking any accountability
Received an appalling service from these clowns. Contacted them in June to cancel their services. Was told my last debit order would be July. Fine. I sent through a cancelation email to the cancellations dept yet in August my account was debited and now again in September. I have raised a dispute with my bank but regardless of several emails to this useless company I have recieve no call or email. Each time I call they keep me on hold for so long (currently 23 minutes) the call eventually drops. I then call back and they put me through to the 'correct' dept where that phone rings until the call is dropped. Obviously they're doing it on purpose to avoid speaking to disgruntled clients.
On Friday 1st October we checked into Kingdom Resort in Pilansberg. We had pays in full for a 3 bedroom villa. We sat on the restaurant and ordered food whilst we waited for our accommodation to be ready. Whilst sitting there I recurve an email from Bookings.com saying Kingdom Resort can no longer accommodate us and we can stay as a bnb in Rustenburg. Approx 15 mins later I received another email saying our booking at Kingdom Resort had been successfully cancelled. Obviously I went straight to reception. I got told there's nothing they can do, it's not their fault blah blah.. Noone tried to help us. No manager came to speak to us, in fact no member of staff tried to help. We were just told it was tough, there's nothing they can do and our booking had already been deleted off the system. Lots of shrugging of shoulders and blaming other people. I was also told it was because of a maintenance issue and bookings.com should have phoned us the day before!! Then I was told the resort was over booked, that's why our booking was cancelled! It's been 5 days. Ive still had no communication from anyone. I've sent emails and had no response. I had to spend my time and money trying to sort out my refund, which I did after 4 days of phoning. Obviously you think ignoring me is going to make the problem disappear. You are wrong!!
