Hollywood betting withdrawal
I did a withdrawal on the 19 January but to date I haven't received any money. Hollywood beta consultant said now it might take another's 30 days. my reference number #27205007

Hold up with pension payout
I resigned from old mutual in September and till today I haven't received a sent of my pension fund from them. I phone almost everyday to get feedback but it's a different story everyday. They first told me I used the wrong platform to submit my claim and after I explained them the emails that was send regarding their process they admitted that they made a mistake. Second issue was they were unable to obtained a settlement letter from standard bank pension back loan and I obtained 1 with in a few minutes and send it to them. After that they said they waiting on sars to finalize the tax, that was from beginning of December till yesterday. Today when I phoned the consultant said to me they waiting for Standard bank to send a new settlement letter. I asked from Monday for a manager of supervisor to call me back and the week is over and still no manager have phoned me. Do I still have money in a pension fund at old mutual or not, I don't know. I think of going to the news papers, maybe then someone will take my claim serious.

Great service
Hi i was assisted by Samu And was ready to take her apart but i must say, i salute your, really great service and she went above what she was supposed to do to resolve my concerns. After all she is still under supervision and i told her, from nou on she must do the supervision and not being under supervision. I was ready to cancel my policy but after she assisted me i will continue with my policy. Thanx Samu for great service.
