After 8 years of being with Discovery Health a I experience a shortfall from my reimbur*****t extremely IRATE and unhappy
I’ve been trying to cancel this service since March 2024 till today I’m being pushed from pillar to post…this is nonsense I am extremely irate 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Escalated a query to a branch on the 10th of August 2023 was informed I would receive feedback within 7 days I’m Still waiting
Utter incompetence and disappointment 😡😡😡😡😡I want my money back
Today after being with Royal Funerals for 4 years I’m being half of members added in 2019 were never on the policy 😡imagine paying only to find your nominated members are non existent,I had faith in royal funerals but right now even wish to cancel and get all my back.

I deposited money into a FNB account holder on the 7th of December 2021 to date the recipient hasn't received the money Capitec has failed to get to me on 3 different occasions empty promises and bad service is what they are about.... I've been using my own airtime to call in and follow up on this no one seems to know what they are doing there each time I get useless feedback 'my team leader will be contact' to date no one from Capitec has gotten back to me
I'm not one for complaints or bickering but this is by far the most horrible service I have yet to receive the level of incompetence from the agents is astonishing... I'm actually thinking of canceling everything it's not worth it. Extremely disappointed
