I installed tracking device in December 2024. The technician who installed the device plugged in fan switch which we remove on purpose as it was broken. That caused the fan not to run and it overheat. It damaged top and block and some parts. We contacted Cartrack of which their other technician came out to check the damage. When he enquired from the technician who installed he denied plugging the switch. He promised that they will subject him to *****etector and only then they will come back to me about the outcome and way forward Since January till today 23 April 2025 they have not come back to me. This is poor service that I received from Cartrack.
I bought a car from we buy cars. After three months I realised that it was involved in an accident and it will cost me alot of money and I returned it. I paid usage fee to Webuycars. MFC financed the car, since I returned the car and Webuycars paid back the money to MFC I should also get my refund of my instalment I already paid to MFC. Or at least they can pay back my December instalment as they gave me settlement in December and the same settlement amount was paid to Mfc. Now they are refusing alleging that the settlement they gave me on 11/12/23 included the instalment I paid 18/12/23. How is that possible?
I requested assistance with withdrawal from debt review. Mr Jan Pretorius was not honest with me. He told me that he can assist me and the process takes 6 weeks to complete and he charged me R4500. He requested that I pay him deposit of R2000 so that he can open the file to start with the process of which I paid. He was not giving me regular updates about my matter though I kept pestering him about updates. He decided to tell me that the case will be heard on the 7th October 2021. Now he has disappeared into thin air, there is no answer over the phone and several message that I send him he is not responding although I could see that he is reading my wattsup. Poor service
