So another week of wasting time has gone by...submit this and submit that,we will call you back to resolve this matter. So this tactic has been going on for weeks and weeks... I guess that the last person's superior is also not really keen on resolving this matter,so hopefully all the disgruntled budget clients can see you are not alone as I have read a few reviews on Hello Peter. It really seems like these people need to be approached more regarding this pathetic service
Again promises was made regarding feedback Nothing .....as expected We have grown to accept that this is all delay tactics again,I promised budget that I would review this company every second day until everyone knows what is happening at this institution,Verna de Villiers please explain how I would have had feedback on Friday and it Monday already??Please I think the list of people that would like to know is growing
Pathetic service has now gone to another level,so if you post a review this institutions is very quick to make promises to silence you,I went and got new questions and now it's silence again with a simple (we will get back to you) I honestly don't believe this service. I think this is the worst I have ever seen!! Ms Verlene de Villiers I honestly think your superiors should contact me rather next time because this is taking me to another place....
Again I got a e-mail.statings my items is too old......6months too old??????? Please I don't want you to review my claim I want to tell all what they in for when dealing with Budget Insurance!!....I'm going to say it again,please listen(ITS A MATTER A PRINCEPLE!!)
Budget Insurance has all the reasons not to pay a claim,even my electronic appliances is too old.This is even a projector not 6months old. So this means inheritance items is too old?? So in a nutshell at budged you constantly have to upgrade to be covered?
DA Ward 22 councillor fail to answer frequently asked questions and dodging issues like the previous councillor. The speaker and chief whip does not want to act regarding these issues and rather protect the councelors than the community and it's shortcomings,they will rather remove multiple people than answer.
Please can you respond with any proof where your company actually gave me anything free of charge?? One of the companies which you supply actually picked up the slack and tried to keep the customer happy... Have you any idea what labour costs and the amount of water(which cost money) it takes to fix your mess?? Please a challenge in front of the public-prove what you gave me free of charge
This company makes promises to inspect my pool paint defects.this was done by the MD an JP the specialist.Then they completely forgot my case and expect batch numbers from me after all correspondence has been forwarded.They will not help any further all this is on a papertrail
