Personal loan/debt review/Recoveries and collections
I am so frustrated wit the service received from Nedbank Personal Loans/Collections/debt review and recoveries. I am still waiting on an answer to settle my loan account but they are transferring me from pillar to post without any help. I need to speak to a manager asap. I have spoken to Nadine Botha who was supposed to come back to me last week and no feedback. I have spoken with Cebo today in Recoveries department without any luck. Ref no: PLC106574 and 88321345 Please assist to resolve my query asap!!!

BAD SERVICE
They just robbed me. Earn Cash is a lie!!!! You can not call them anymore they just chat. The only calls is sales. There after sales is bad. To think I even recommended alot of people to them. WEBAFRICA spoiled my day and robbed me of money which I was suppose to feed my kids with.
