i had an issue with my premium and it was evaluated and came down with the price. so happy about the service
So, a few weeks ago i bought a dress - usually i dont open thing immediately because i wanted the dress for an occasion and it did not arrive on time so i just put it away. eventually decided to fit it on only to see they sent the wrong size and i made sure i requested the proper size. anyways, decided to log a return, actually an exchange to get the smaller size. all went through and i dropped off the dress a the depot... few days later i got an sms or email to say dress will be available 21 april... only for me to see the dress is being delivered to some person named nicole and it seems its at her work address. i immediately logged a complaint to say its not my address and i just got an automated response... and thats when it all started... i think i sent 10 emails or complaints on their app but now and then someone will respond to apologise and they looking into the matter... i still have not received the dress. now they quiet because they trying to figure out how this mistake happened. all i want is the dress! all they can do is send me the proper size and then investigate their warehouse and the person responsible for the mistake because it was not me, it was them... i just want the dress i paid for!!! i dont want a damn refund i want the dress that i paid for because they made a mistake. never been so disappointed in superbalist ever and then i realised they have made many mistakes with many clients!!!! this is unprofessional and unacceptable
I would have put this on their website but its offline now - just a complaint on the accommodation. the rooms we were in you can smell someone smoked in the rooms before as the smell is in the walls. the bedding which is always white, was still a bit dirty - a good warm wash with Jik will cleanse it well. the stoop was not swept and there were millipedes everywhere outside. the rooms were just not up to standards for the price one pays of R1900. Breakfast could have been better too - seems the focus were more on the nicer rooms close to the breakfast room. i feel this is unacceptable for the amount of money one pays. they need so much maintenance on the rooms.
