Mr Delivery
Akalwayas Cresta Shopping Centre **** service even the manager is rude we received bullsh#t order through false advertising we were not assisted, please train your employees on customer service. Mohamod the manager at Akalwayas Cresta is rude and has no respect for clients complaining about his **** service. And refers us to Mr Delivery on the Mr Delivery app it shows pics but the food is not what is advertsied EG: Russian special with chips and the steak sandwiches are shown with chips but the food does not come with chips at FALSE ADVERTISING neither of this service providers could assist and they both are not taking responsibility for charging R72 for two slices of bread not even my dog would eat this!!!!!!!! Im highly disappointed at this terrible service

POOR SERVICE
I DONT THINK THAT TELKOM SHOULD GET A RATING! IF THERE WAS AN OPTION TO GIVE THEM A (-3) RATING I WOULD GLADLY GIVE IT TO THEM. I APPLIED FOR A FIBRE LINE WITH THEM WHICH THEY ADVISED WAS A PROMOTION AND THAT IT THEY WOULD DEBIT MY ACCOUNT! COOL THEY DID NOT A FEW MONTHS LATER I DID A FOLLOW UP AS TO WHY I HAVE NOT BEEN DEBITED. I WAS ADVISED AGAIN DUE TO THE PROMOTION. ITS NOW THE 17TH NOVEMBER 22 AND IM GETTING THREATNING TEXTS FROM ATTORNEYS BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HANDED OVER! NEVER HAVE I RECEIVED SUCH POOR AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. THE SALES DESK COULD NOT TELL ME WHY MY ACCOUNT WAS HANDED OVER AND THAT THEY WILL 1ST INVESTIGATE BEFORE MY QUERY COULD BE DELY WITH!
