BAD SERVICE DELIVERY
This is not the first time I’ve used this company. But I sadly forgot how long it takes to receive one’s order. I placed my order on the 25th. Today is the 1st. One must take the weekend into consideration - therefore, 5 working days later, I am still waiting. Despite numerous calls to Ryan, I still have not received any communication other than to original mail to say my order was received.

WHY ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS
Nothing super about them. Shocking service. Have called them repeatedly. Either the call gets dropped or I am asked to hold. I hold on long enough for an automated message asking me to rate the service - WHAT SERVICE!! The only department doing any work is the accounts department. One would think their jobs are guaranteed.
