Bad service
They have been assisting with removing redflag on my name but after payment no one has ever contacted me on progress and their lines are not going through. No one responding to my emails, i feel ****med and did not live by their promise.

Wrongful debits
I started having issues with Telkom when I noticed on my bank statements they were debiting me double for my cell phone contract which when I took we agreed on R355 suddenly Im debited R590. For my wifi router of R99 was debited R600. When I called them in June to clarify what the amounts are for they told me of my spending limit and more benefits were added on my contracts which I do not know of. I asked them to switch it back to my signed deal with them and up to date they still debiting me after several messages confirming they have done what I have asked. I every payday need to call them and explain the same thing over and the promised to log refunds for me because they can see when I started requesting this was in June from their systems but nothing has changed still debiting the amounts. Last month September they did not debit on the 20th and now they have sent me biked statement that my account is in arrears of R900 whereas my money been in my account so I asked why they told me the debit order bounced, I could not under because the money was in my account the 19th and all my debits are for 20th they went off but them could not and I only move my funds on the 25th to my other bank. Everytime I call and asked them to check on their systems that I have requested for whatever benefits to be stopped as I have not agreed to them, consultants keep placing me on hold as they busy with changes and drop lines and I do not get chance to go to store as I work till late and weekends. I have used telkom forever but this year has been hell I can't really budget on my other expenses because I always get a shock in my pay date of their debits and it stresses me out. Thanks Anele

Correspondence follow up
I am very disappointed on these people how they were so active when approaching me to join them as they would take me out of debts and now that they have taken money from my account, no one responds to my texts for the progress and I can't even get hold of Lee-Ann the lady was actively calling the whole time.
