Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Security guards working there are constantly harassing us just because we are black. We don't have a speaker, no electricity, even though it's after loadshedding hours( we understood that they have a problem of a transformer). However, we get harassed every now and then. #we grouped ourselves in one chalet because of safety, as some of us are scared of the dark. #no communication whatsoever from management or whoever who is responsible. #joys of booking at place not registered with TGCSA😏 After every 20 minutes they visit us, saying it's very loud in our chalets and neighbours are complaining even though the neighbouring chalets are ours ( we booked 5 chalets next to each other).

Good day Princess Mogapi has repeatedly lied and perjured herself and in turn Bayport Financial Services. Can some reliable and willing to assist contact me regarding my refund request as i am really not satisfied with the current escalation which is Princess Mogapi and intend on taking further steps if same can not be resolved with Bayport. I have email correspondence as well as recordings ready for evidence submission! This is really not on and i refuse to be a victim of your staff incompetence as well as accept the cover ups as a result!
YOUR SERVICE IS APPALLING. THE WORST SUPPORT TEAM EVER! Of all the consultants I spoke to Dumisani Manxiwa who is also a Team Leader I believe was the worst! Your customer support is honestly THE WORST!!! Logged a request (Ref number: 9789214) on the 10th around 17h00. Was given a turn around time of 2 - 24 hours. I advised that it was URGENT as I am working from home and therefore need connectivity URGENTLY. When I got no response Monday I started doing follow ups with no tangible response. Yesterday 12 October, I thought I finally got assistance when they advised that they'd send a new router today and your logistics team should be in touch in the morning. To my disappointment come midday today 13 October and there's still no communication. So I call and follow up AGAIN further requesting to speak to the manager and was referred to Dumisani Manxiwa who then advised that he'd personally be in touch with me at 14h00 latest for a follow up. And NOTHING. I call at 14h30 and am told he's on a call and will call me back immediately after. I call again at 15h30 and am told he's on lunch and will only be returning at 16h00! I'm the one that had to call again and I still have no tangible information! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
