The one star rating is way to high for this company. I have been struggling to get some paperwork from these people for months without any feasible reason. They are the biggest crooks you will find and I would not trust them even as far as I can see them. Horrible company with absolutely dire services.

Do Not Work With Pieter Kotze Properties
I would not recommend Pieter Kotze Properties (Buh-Rein Estate). We live here and have had the most awful experience. Our rental agent is very rude, utterly unprofessional and he has not been helpful at all. We have logged complaints numerous times and still nothing has been done. Since we started the whole process we have had struggles but it has gotten worse since we signed the contract. They give you empty promises and afterward the agent can't remember anything. Do NOT work with Pieter Kotze Properties.
